Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, and InstaPay are processed instantly. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and PesoNet may take up to one (1) banking business day. helpswin provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. helpswin does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money wagered on the helpswin Platform. helpswin is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through lawful use of the Platform. You are solely responsible for your gambling decisions.

Upon account termination for breach of Terms, helpswin may void all pending bonuses and, where fraud has been established, any winnings derived from fraudulent activity. Legitimate deposit balances that have not been subject to any fraudulent activity will be returned to the originating payment method after completion of any required regulatory review.
You may voluntarily close your helpswin account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses must be forfeited or completed, and any available balance will be returned to your registered payment method subject to verification.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the helpswin Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts, except where alternative dispute resolution is mandated by PAGCOR regulations.
In the event of a complaint, you should first contact helpswin's customer support team, who will endeavour to resolve the matter within five (5) business days. If you are unsatisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the dispute to PAGCOR in accordance with its published dispute resolution procedures. helpswin will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or mediation process.
helpswin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, helpswin will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
The current version of these Terms, bearing the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page, supersedes all previous versions. Your continued use of the helpswin Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and request account closure.
